Arnold Passman is Live Safe America’s Vice President and primary trainer. Much of his life has been dedicated to public service: he has been a member of the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services for over 47 years and is a Life Member of the Silver Spring Fire Department where he held the rank of captain. He also served for five years as a Reserve Police Officer for the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Department, Second District. Mr. Passman has belonged to the American Red Cross for 48 years, having served as Chairman of the Montgomery County Chapter, Chairman of Emergency Services for the National Capital Chapter, and is currently the Disaster Action Team Leader for Montgomery County, MD.
